Nylon Wipers

Valutek’s Nylon Cleanroom Wipers are knitted with a special stitch to help abrasion resistance. The special construction of this material is useful in both reducing degradation and particulate generation during wiping of critical surfaces. Cleanroom Wiper Tip: Wipers are designed for use in critical environments to effectively pick up wet and dry contaminants and hold those contaminants for disposal. Wipers are typically used with an appropriate solvent or cleaning solution in order to effectively clean the surface. This can happen by wetting an individual wiper with a spray bottle, pouring the appropriate amount of fluid directly into the bag of wipers, or by using a pre-wetted wipe. Important attributes of wipers include materials of construction, edge treatment, size, amount and type of inherent contamination, durability, absorbency and packaging.
