A: Who: Any organization that operates a Cleanroom.
When: Anywhere in the continental via U.S. Post First Class.
Next day shipments available at client’s expense

Q: How many pieces of a sample will I receive?
A: Typical sample quantity is 1-2 pieces of a product. Actual production
bags will be sent to clients for testing at no charge. The client agrees to provide the test results to Valutek, to help future product development.

Q: When will my order shipped?
A: Orders received before 3:00pm PST will ship the same day via FedEx ground. Transit times are:

Q: How do I return product?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it. Valutek
has a 30 day hassle-free return policy. Please follow the below steps for returns.

• Customer service must be contacted to issue authorization for returned goods. Please call us at 1-800-763-1250.
• No returns on custom products, special packaging, or discontinued items.
• All return requests must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
• Only merchandise in its original full-unopened shipping packages will be authorized for return.
• A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns, except for merchandise returned due to shipping error or defect.
• All returned items must contain the return label provided below as well as the correct RMA number.
• Please do not mark the box with the RMA number.
• All returns must be made within 30 days of RMA issue date.
• Returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid unless it is returned due to shipping error or defect.
• We cannot accept responsibility for damaged merchandise once it has been accepted by your receiving agents.
