Q: Can non stock items be ordered?

A: Yes, but a non-refundable deposit will be required on all orders.

Once the order has been processed you will not be able cancel the order or return the product.

Q: How do I get samples?

A: Ordering samples from Valutek is easy! Fill out a sample request form onlinewith your information and we will gladly send you samples or production bags. Our only request is that you provide us with test results to assist us with future product development.

Who: Any organization that operates a Controlled Environment / Cleanroom.
Where: Anywhere via United State Postal Service - First Class.
When: Next day shipment available at client’s request / expense

Q: When will my order shipped?
A: Orders received before 3:00pm PST will ship the same day via FedEx ground.

Q: How do I return product?

• You must contact Customer Service at 800.763.1250 to issue a return authorization.

No returns will be accepted on custom, non-stock, special order or discontinued products

• All return requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Only merchandise in its original unopened shipping packages will be authorized for return.

• A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns, except for merchandise returned due to a shipping error or defect.

• Please do not mark the box with the RMA number, include a copy of the RMA inside the box
• All returns must be received within 30 days of RMA issue date.
• Returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid unless it is returned due to shipping error or defect.

• We cannot accept responsibility for damaged merchandise once it has been accepted by your receiving agents.

Q: How do I change an item in an order I have submitted?

Q: Can I fax Purchase Orders?
A: Yes, fax to 602 252 1972, attention Order Desk.

You may also email purchase orders to orderdesk@valutek.com.

Q: Do you back order items?
A: Items that are not currently in stock will be placed on back order status.
Clients will receive an email indicating if an item order is on back order.

Q: You are out of stock on the item I want. What do I do now?
A: Items out of stock will be placed on back order until available.
Clients can contact us directly for a comparable item.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check and money order.
Upon credit approval, trade terms are available.

Q: Do you charge sales tax on items?
A: Sales tax is only charged to customers in Arizona.
