This heel grounding device provides protection for staff on the move by offering a ground via a proper flooring surface and by wearing the conductive ribbon inside the shoe or sock. This assures proper electrical contact with the user. The ribbon connects to the conductive rubber to complete the circuit between the operator & flooring. A rugged surface mounted 1 megaohm resistor is standard & visible. These devices should be worn on both feet to ensure consistent grounding.
