Technical Data is not all the same
Valutek cleanroom products are backed by detailed product specification sheets which document the actual acceptable
Upper / Lower Limits for key product performance characteristics. All Valutek testing is performed according to
industry accepted test methodologies. Do not be confused by others that:
         Test using proprietary testing methods.   Such proprietary data cannot be compared.
         Provide test data with the *TPV disclaimer. Typical Published Values data has no statistical value.

Product Testing
Valutek operates its own Quality Control Laboratory in its Penang, Malaysia facility. The QC Lab is managed by
Mr. WH Tang, who has over 15 years industry experience as a Contamination Control Manager for leading
High-Tech firms in SE Asia. The Valutek QC Lab performs substrate analysis including basis weight, dimensions,
absorbency, ESD characteristics, tensile strength, co-efficient of friction, and high-powered optical inspection. Prior to
Valutek products release from production, actual on-line samples are randomly tested to ensure that the product is
specification compliant. Each Valutek manufacturing lot is retained and held in the QC Laboratory.

Upon the execution of a CDA (Confidentiality Disclosure Agreement) with your organization, Valutek will test its product
