BEFORE RETURNING THE PRODUCT

You must contact Customer Service at 800.763.1250 to issue a return authorization.

RETURN POLICY

• No returns will be accepted on custom, non-stock, special order or discontinued products

• All return requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Only merchandise in its original unopened shipping packages will be authorized for return.

• A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns, except for merchandise returned due to a shipping error or defect.

• Please do not mark the box with the RMA number, include a copy of the RMA inside the box
• All returns must be received within 30 days of RMA issue date.
• Returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid unless it is returned due to shipping error or defect.

• We cannot accept responsibility for damaged merchandise once it has been accepted by your receiving agents.
